What is MyJio app and what can I use it for?

‘MyJio’ is an app with real-time information. You can access various services and features.

  Using MyJio App you can view your active plan along with validity, check usage details for your calls, messages & data, generate detailed statements for up to 6 months, locate nearby stores or JioNet hotspots, link multiple Jio services to a single Jio ID, update registered mobile number or email ID, Sign up your Jio ID, retrieve your password, get support from FAQs, Jio experts or raise & track service requests through ‘JioCare’.

You can auto login to MyJio App by clicking on ‘Skip Sign In’ while using Jio SIM or you can login to MyJio App using your Jio ID and password.

How do I access MyJio?

You can access MyJio App on your smartphone with any network, using your Jio ID and password.

If you are accessing MyJio using a Jio SIM, you can Auto-login by tapping on ‘Skip Sign In’ option on Welcome page.
The app is compatible with Android OS 4.0 or higher and iOS OS 5.1 or higher.

What is Jio ID and what Jio services can I access using Jio ID?

Jio ID is your key to unlock the entire bouquet of Jio apps and services. Once you have signed up for your Jio ID, you can use it to access MyJio and other Jio apps such as JioTV, JioCinema, JioMusic, JioMags, JioXpressNews, JioNewspaper, JioSecurity and JioDrive.
